Facts and Opinions From a US Citizen

It’s A Museum…Really?

Couldn’t help this one.  Just too perfect. On the anniversary of the Six Day War, another chapter in the remarkable, rich, and unique history of the Jewish people, a headline came across my email. “Palestinian Museum Prepares to Open…Minus Exhibitions.” I’m sorry, what?? A museum to show off Palestinian accomplishments is opening with nothing to see? Hmmm. What a metaphor!! What a country! Oops, did I say “country?” The empty walls tell the truth. There’s no common history, language, borders, currency, economy, or heritage.  Some  “country.”

There is no culture, no heritage, no country. It was created by Yasser Arafat as a parasitic political entity that exists only to hate Israel and destroy Jews.

The joke continues. Why open an empty museum you say…now? Ready?…in time for the Nakba. What’s that? It’s the annual commemoration of the failed invasion of the new State of Israel by Muslim armies in ’48. I mean, who does that? Who opens their national museum to remember an event they call their “most devastating time of the 20th century?” Well, I’ll let you fill in the blank. To be fair, they claim that Israel makes it difficult to import exhibit objects. You know, I knew that, somehow, it was Israel’s fault. Hey, wait a second. Import from where? I thought this was a “native Palestinian” museum. Couldn’t they find anything nearby that is “native Palestinian?” Noooooo!! You know why? Because there is nothing “native Palestinian!!” There is no culture, no heritage, no country. It was created by Yasser Arafat as a parasitic political entity that exists only to hate Israel and destroy Jews. It is as empty as the museum walls. It is a fraud. It is today what Mark Twain called it 150 years ago, “desolate.” It has no past and no future.

PS: I would like to add one more thing…a suggestion. Since they are desperate to hang something on the walls, why not a picture of Bernie Sanders.
