Show it to those who kneel, who vandalize, who destroy that which they do not understand. Then explain to me why the Anthem, the Flag, our past, our history needs to be erased. Explain to me why chaos and anarchy is better than law and order.
A young man, who stands still, clenching tight a flag with 48 stars, showing respect for those who he never knew, who cried for those that gave their lives for his freedom. This young man has more courage and gallantry than all the sign wavers, chanters, looters, ignorant pieces of garbage put together.
This young man knows what those who chant for no cops or dead cops do not. Freedom isn’t free. It is paid for with the sacrifice of untold thousands of lives, including 600,000 who died to free slaves.
I know what they would say: Why is he just standing there. Why is he crying. Yep, that says it all.
